Great location, just a short walk from major attractions and public transportation. the hotel is situated in a lively square, with beautiful views and no noise disturbances. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a view of a nearby church. the cleaning service was excellent, and the staff was polite and helpful. the hotel offers a basic but fresh breakfast, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby for dining options.

The room lacked sufficient electrical outlets, making it difficult to use hair dryers or other electrical appliances. the breakfast options could be improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and greeted us warmly every time we arrived or left. They were also very helpful in suggesting tourist attractions for us to visit. The location was perfect, just off the Santa Maria Novella plaza and in the center of the city, making it easy for us to explore the train station and nearby attractions. The room was very comfortable, with a large bathroom and plenty of natural light. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection of both cold and hot food options.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated right on the square and only a 5 minute walk from the train station. There were a few restaurants on the square, so we had plenty of options for dining. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and it had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff kept it well stocked and even offered table service. We also enjoyed the bar/lounge area, where we had a welcome drink and spent a relaxing evening.

The hotel is in a prime location, right in front of the beautiful church and close to the train station. It is easy to explore all the famous sites and everything is within walking distance.
